April 26, 1943 - June 20, 2010

Mrs. Edna Sue Curry-Creek age 67 of Dallas, Ga. passed away on June 20, 2010 from Breast Cancer. She was born on April 26, 1943, the daughter of the late Alvin Morris and U. V. "Marcy" Dodd New. She spent the last years of her life trying to make everyone aware of the importance of early breast exams. Please take this moment to honor her by doing a breast exam and starting a regular breast exam routine. Sue was a collector and worked with Southern Historical News. Sue was a member of the Second Baptist Church.

Mrs. Edna Sue Curry-Creek is survived by her loving husband James "Dub" Creek, Three daughters Pam & Ricky Maxwell, Pat Reynolds and Penni McFry. Six grand children and four great grand children. One brother James & Irma Morris, two sisters Mable Glaze and Deborah & Jimmy Ward. Many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Alvin "Bud" Morris and U.V. "Marcy" Dodd New and Dee Curry.

Pall bearers will be Eric Morris, Shane McConnell, Kevin Littlefield, Morris Ward, Brad Morris and Dale Brown.

Funeral services will be conducted on June 22, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Reverend Johnny Turner and Anita Kennerley officiating.
Music will be provided by the Victory Road Quartet. Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday June 21, 2010 from 4PM until 9PM and Tuesday June 22, 2010 from 1PM until the service begins at 4:00PM.
