Mr. Jason Kent Washington

Mr. Jason Kent Washington, age 47, of Alpharetta, GA, passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at his residence. Jason was born on October 5, 1971, in Marietta, GA, to parents, the late Mr. Calvin Lamar Washington and Mrs. Peggy Ruth Cole. He worked as a computer engineer at the Scientific Research Corporation for over 15 years. Jason was a man of many talents and interests. He loved to compose and make mix music with various instruments. Jason was an adventurous person; enjoyed hiking, traveling and everything about motorcycles. He was a very kindhearted man and would do anything for the people that he cared about. Jason will be sorely missed and fondly remembered by everyone who had the honor to cross paths with him. Jason is survived by his siblings, Cindy (David) Brown and Tim (Ronda) Washington; nephews and nieces, Kevin Brown, Garrett Washington, Brooke Washington and Chase Washington. Many aunts, cousins and other beloved friends and family members also survive. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home. Mr. Mark Morris will be giving the eulogy in honor of his cousin. Kevin Brown, Garrett Washington, Chase Washington, Chris Washington, Todd Arbeau and Matt Morris will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in the Dallas Memory Gardens in Dallas, GA. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Saturday, June 1, 2019 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
