Mrs. Martha Lou Washington

Mrs. Martha Lou Kiser Washington, age 77, of Dallas, GA, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019, at Wellstar Community Hospice at Kennesaw Mountain in Marietta, GA. Mrs. Washington was born on May 16, 1942, in Cartersville, GA, to parents, the late Mr. Matt Kiser and Mrs. Mary Gravely Kiser. She was married to the late Mr. George Wendell Washington for 50 years until his passing in 2015. Mrs. Washington was a loving homemaker. She loved her family and friends dearly and will be missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Washington is survived by her children, Ms. Karen Broome of Dallas, GA, Mr. Christopher Emmanuel Washington of Dallas, GA, Mrs. Angela McCoy Dawson of Kingston and Mrs. Cheryl McCoy Pasley of Cartersville, GA; grandchildren, Rebecca Riley Washington and Brittany Alysse Broome; brother, Mr. Danny Earl Kiser. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Jacob Christian Broome and several siblings. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, at 2:00 PM at the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Tibbitts officiating. Interment will follow at Dallas Memory Gardens in Dallas, GA. Mike Daniell, Robby Williams, David Brown, Danny Lanham, Jay Majmundar and Cecil Lee will serve as pallbearers.
